New café opening in a boutique food hall on Central Park South.

We are seeking experienced baristas who are skilled in latte arts. You must love coffee, demonstrate excellent customer service, and have the ability to make all espresso drinks using a manual espresso machine (La Marzocco). We are serving Stumptown.

Other duties include: POS, light food prep, setting-up or breaking down service each day, cleaning at the end of your shift, educating customers on our goods, keeping a great presentation, and maintaining a clean environment through service. We are a small team; you will work closely with our counter staff and pastry cook. NY Food Handlers Certificate is a plus.

This is a full-time, hourly paid position, 35-40 hours per week. Must be available to work weekends. Hours of operation are 9:30am-9pm. We offer health insurance and other benefits after eight months.

A love of breads, sandwiches and baked goods is a plus.
