Full-Time Barista

Job Description

The Smile is looking for baristas for our cafe at Milk Studios. Milk Studios is a high-end fashion photography studio located in Chelsea. We are looking for experienced baristas and shift leaders to help us serve high-quality coffees while providing top-tier customer service to our clients.

You must have experience working in a ‘Third Wave’-type coffeeshop. If words like ‘La Marzocco’, ‘Extraction’, ‘Cortado’, or ‘Cold Brew’ get you excited, then you’re our type of people. We use Counter Culture & Plowshares. We like great coffee.

Pay starts at $10/hour, with a raise of up to $13/hour possible within 90 days. You can start immediately. If you have your Food Handler’s License, you can move to the front of the line.

Both full and part-time positions are open. We’re flexible.
