Job Description

Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters is currently hiring experienced Shift Lead baristas to join our crew at Flatiron. Experience is essential. Part-time and Full-time inquiries welcome. Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday is a must.  We are looking for people to open and close the cafe:

Skills you need:

– genuinely love coffee and can make pour over, delicious espresso and textured milk in a high speed environment

– are capable of providing considered, friendly and speedy customer service

– are reliable, detail-oriented, focused and able to multi-task

– have worked as a lead, with an understanding of opening closing procedures, cash counting, etc.

– are punctual and well presented and can lead a small team

– you must have your food handlers for this position
