Job Description

We are a neighborhood coffee shop off the Dekalb L stop in Bushwick brewing Stumptown Coffee looking for an experienced barista with great customer service skills, easy going attitude and a strong work ethic. NYC Food Handlers license necessary and preferred.

Job duties:

Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
Serve prepared foods, such as croissants, doughnuts, or bagels
Prepare and serve menu items such as sandwiches
Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
Clean service or seating areas.
Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
