Cafe Manager for Williamsburg Coffee Shop (Brooklyn)

Busy Williamsburg espresso bar is currently looking to hire a FULL time experienced manager to run its business. If you are self-motivated and highly driven, this might be your new home.  Please include references in application.

Cafe Manager Qualifications:

-2+ Years Management Experience in High Volume Cafe or Restaurant

-Sales Driven with Determination to Show Growth

–  Project Management and Task Delegation

–  Possesses Food Handler’s Certificate

–  Knowledge of Health Code Management

–  Cross Promotion with Local Businesses with Community Orientation

–  Management skills include: Shifts Scheduling/ Customer Service / Opening and Closing Duties / Conflict Management / Nightly Cash Outs / Inventory / Build Strong Supplier Relations / Time Management/ Excel / QuickBooks / Track and Report Daily and Weekly Sales / Cleaning & Shop Maintenance

–  Loves coffee, ideally able to pour latte art + espresso skill with a knowledge of coffee cupping

–  Punctual, Clean and Tidy

-Great Listening and Communication Skills

-Cool-Headed Under Pressure with Ability to Maintain Roles and Responsibilities in Any Circumstance

Compensation is negotiable with applicable experience and track record of sales increases. Includes paid vacation and sick leave + commission.
