– Equipment – Custom 2gr Linea PB, EK43, 2 Mythos Clim Pros, Modded Fetco 2032e, Marco Ecoboiler & AD ModPunk 2.1

– Roasters – Heart & 49th Parallel. yep they are killer

– First Guest Roaster – Parlor Coffee (Brooklyn) yes we know they are killer too.

– Tea – Rishi & Song tea

– Full Food Program (no you won’t touch anything but baked goods don’t worry, no schmering)

Qualifications

– 0-3 years experience in specialty coffee.

– Proficient in making espresso and able to taste coffee (we will retrain you either way, if you don’t like it don’t apply)

– Be open minded, willing to learn different styles of extraction.

– Be able to stay objective to the coffee and not only execute your ideas about coffee are (i will always listen to my baristas so just speak up if you want to do something differently)

– Be able to move the line without attitude

– extremely Detail oriented

– focused on the customer more than the coffee at all times.

– We do not care much about latte art. so please put your toothpicks away, chocolate powders and for god sake cups have a handle for a reason.

Responsibilities… well you should already know this. open shop… close shop… make sure it doesn’t burn to the ground or run out of anything. not much outside of that… please do not apply if you don’t drink coffee.

$10-$15 Depending on experience and track record as a barista. there will definitely be room for growth with other stores.

Live in queens? no probs, go work at our sister shop. Live in Brooklyn? word. come through.
