Hello to all,

We`re independently owned coffee shop in a midtown east. We`ve been opened for 3 years and become really busy . We are looking for baristas who are ready to join our Ground Central family and make our store better and better every day.

The ideal candidate:

Has clean bar habits, can steam microfoam and pour latte art, has integrity towards their shot quality despite store volume , can dial in, is open to learning about the brand and our roasters, can engage customers and still be proficient , work nights or early in the morning.

AS WE ARE REALLY BUSY COFFEE SHOP – PLEASE , DON`T COME IN WITHOUT EXPERIENCE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, ARE PROFESSIONALS ANS LOVE THEIR JOB .
