Seven Grams Caffe-a fast paced premium coffee shop opening in Chelsea, serving Italian-style coffee and in-house,hand-made baked goods-Is hiring a Shop Manager to lead our team.

What are we looking for?

 A strong passion for premium coffee, fresh-out-of-the-oven baked goods,and providing customers with a memorable experience.

At least one year experience in a similar fast-paced environment, and proven track record in leading teams towards outstanding performances.

Phenomenal communication abilities, particularly the ability to lead in a fun and effective manner,and the ability to both give and receive constructive feedbacks.

An inspiring leader, who energizes,motivates others,and who is always looking for ways to make things around them better.

NY food handler’s certificate and availability to work on weekends is a must.
