Oren’s Daily Roast is looking for a coffee-loving leader to manage a high-volume location.

We’ve been roasting coffee locally since 1986, and as a local, family-owned and operated company, we are looking for quality individuals to contribute to our mission of providing New York City with the highest quality coffee, roasted to its most flavorful degree, and delivering it fresh every day.

Responsible for, but not limited to:

Scheduling and Staffing
Maintaining food and labor budgets

Ordering and maintaining inventory
Quality Control
Excellent customer service
Willingness and ability to multitask and cooperate with co-workers
Cleanliness/DOH standards
All day-to-day operations

Experience and Qualifications:
At least one year of management experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Experience in specialty coffee
Experience in, and ability to use a POS system (Revel)

Maintenance of payroll and inventory to adhere to budgets and store needs

Ability to look at and interpret sales reports in order to maximize earning potential

Strong communication skills
New York City Food Handlers Certificate
