OddFellows Ice Cream Co. is looking for baristas, scoop experts, and friendly folks who want to do both at our Coffee & Cream concept in Nolita. We are a locally owned and operated small-batch ice cream shop that makes all our ice cream 100% from scratch in our Williamsburg kitchen.

We are looking for folks who:

• are outgoing, hardworking individuals with a passion for craft
• love talking (and eating) amazing desserts, drinking stellar coffee, and sharing great food and beverage with New York and the world.
• know how to carry themselves in a professional manner while still having fun.
• enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing that good drip.
• have open availability and are able to work nights and weekends.

Exceptional candidates will bring heads-up guest service experience, a love of getting things done, a team-first attitude, and some familiarity with specialty coffee and desserts. We can teach coffee to nice people, but specialty coffee experience – basic knowledge of coffee and its origins, dialing in espresso and filter coffees, milk preparation and latte art, and basic maintenance and cleaning of espresso machines – is highly desirable. NYC Food Protection Certificates are too.
