Paper Coffee is looking for one exceptional barista to join its stellar crew!

Paper is committed to producing the highest level product while also offering genuine and warm hospitality to all coffee shop guests. We recently started brewing all our own coffee and also feature a slot for rotating roasters that we find especially exciting and delicious; Bar Nine, Onyx Coffee Lab, Slate, etc. We work on a LM Linea, an EK43, run batch through Fetco and manual brew on an elegant Yama Silverton. We dial-in with our palates and our trusty refractometer.

We are looking for a person who balances attention to detail with genuine hospitality. Candidates should have at least one year of barista experience and the instinct to prioritize guest experience.
