Are you passionate about coffee or does creating latte art speak to you? We have a unique opportunity for a Lead Barista to work Monday-Friday in our Café located in Manhattan.

Our Lead Barista will be the face and set the tone of our café. We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and passionate leader to grow our team.

Must have a minimum of 2-year latte art proficiency working with specialty coffees.

Experienced, professional baristas only.
Willingness to learn and improve skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with managing front of house teams and ensuring positive guest experience.
Help to create positive, enthusiastic, and well-trained Café culture by providing an informed, honest, and optimistic example for the team.
Ensure Cafe appearance is maintained at all times, including café seating area, condiment bar, and FOH.

Experience working with LA Marzocco a plus.
