Barista
Leo Sourdough is a bakery + restaurant with naturally fermented breads, pizza, and wine.

We are looking for someone with a coffee background, but the skills we are most interested in are initiative, logical reasoning, and a lot of warmth and hospitality.

The barista is the face of our bakery which includes a bread, pizza, and pastry case and our retail selection of natural wine and beer.

A brief explanation of the day to day tasks:
Dialing in espresso + making coffee
Overseeing take-away orders including multiple food delivery systems across platforms
Overseeing the baked goods + pizza case
Prep-ing batches of frozen cocktails
Communicating with the kitchen and the manager on duty
Multitasking side work
