Unity Sourcing & Roasting’s Brooklyn team is looking to hire a Sales & Relationships Lead. The ideal candidate loves talking to new people, is well organized, & is passionate about coffee.

Job Description
• Generating new wholesale partnerships
• Introducing new partners to the account management team
• Know our coffee menu and auxiliary products.

The ideal candidate is:
• a coffee lover who appreciates story as much as a great scoring cup.
• always tries to be positive and a great communicator.
• well organized & comfortable with Google sheets.
• driven to have a wide outreach.
• goal & detail oriented.
• knowledgable in Adobe CS, or willing to learn.

While the main objectives would be to focus on sustainable growth and new partnerships, we love people who bring new ideas to our company. If you have a vision for our cool coffee roastery, please don’t be shy.

Compensation is based on hours worked and commission, and should be anticipated to be between $30-35k/year + commission (based on prior sales/coffee experience and hitting sales targets)
