Through comprehensive and proactive support, Customer Service ensures all orders are processed and invoiced correctly, that all questions and needs for Wholesale, Grocery, E-Commerce, and Subscriptions are quickly and efficiently attended to with a superior level of care and service in all communications and that the roast report is delivered accurately and on time.
You will assist in the coordination of, E-commerce and administration. You will field all manners of questions from photoshoots to new opportunities. You will assist the retail stores from time to time with time-sensitive administration.
Roles and Responsibilities
o Answer the company phone in a friendly and helpful manner
o Create coffee orders for wholesale and corporate orders using Cin7 and Shopfiy
o Process Customer complaints and love via Gorgias, assigning tickets to the appropriate department and or answering directly as needed, following up so that all responses are timely.
o Coordinate with the warehouse, returns, and issues with orders daily.
o Track shipments and coordinate updates with the team, including filing issues with shipping for the Warehouse Manager
o Coordinating accounting follow-ups for the Financial Controller
o Assist with marketing copy with e-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager
o Overflow general administration and coordination

Compensation and Benefits
o $20 per hour, 40 hours per week
