Job Description

Le Café Coffee is seeking immediate Full and Part-Time experienced baristas with exceptional hospitality, ready to execute high quality beverages, and who have an extensive knowledge of coffee for our new coffee shop locations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
– Great attitude and organizational skills for our coffee shops in Manhattan
– Retail Management experience
– Barista experience (manual & automatic machines)
– Provide product knowledge to retail staff and customers
– LA MARZOCCO machine experience of at least 1 year is MANDATORY
– Great attention to detail, customer service oriented
– Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation procedures
– LATTE ART skills are REQUIRED
– Flexible schedule
– Available to work on weekends
– Very reliable and always on time to all shifts (opening/closing shifts)
– Food Handler Certification recommended but not required
