At Partners Coffee we are dedicated to roasting quality coffee and serving it in a friendly and sophisticated manner. We like to build coffee careers and working for us, gives you the opportunity to work with a small business that has a solid New York coffee reputation.

We are looking for Shift Leads and baristas that would like to join our team in Long Island City and or our city stores Vanderbilt and W52nd. We are looking for humans who are enthusiastic, friendly, and have a keen interest in coffee, a willingness to learn and train with our education team and or they are already an amazing barista -wishing to pursue a career in coffee.   Full time for us is 30+ hours, and our schedule is a mix of 6 and 8 hours shifts including one day on the weekend. 

Our ideal is someone who’s passionate about coffee and hospitality we can help with the rest.  You need the ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours, lift up to 30lbs and be able to climb ladders. 

Shift Leads need a NY Food Handler’s Card (if you are in the process of obtaining one, that is also fine).

We also love a re-run, if you have worked for us before, and want to again, we are interested.

As of 13 September you will need to show proof of vaccination to work for us, or submit to a weekly covid test.

Baristas start at $15.50 plus tips, Shift Leads $16.50 plus tips, Assistant Managers $18 plus tips.
