Job Description

Toby’s Estate Coffee Roasters is currently hiring baristas to join our crew. Experience is preferred, though not necessary. Part-time and Full-time inquiries welcome. Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday is a must.

We are looking for somebody who:

– genuinely loves specialty coffee

– is capable of providing excellent and friendly customer service

– is detail-oriented, focused and able to multi-task

– has a desire to train, learn and grow as a barista

and is an exceptional coffee maker (not a requirement but, we will pay more for experience).

We pay up to $15 an hour for experienced baristas with food handlers that undertake Shift Lead/Assistant Mgr duties.  Vacation and sick leave is paid to team members that reach certain milestones.
