We are looking for Baristas that would like to join our team who are enthusiastic, have excellent customer service, have a keen interest in coffee, and have a willingness to learn and improve with our education and training or… they are already an amazing barista -wishing to pursue a career in coffee.

Full time for Partners is 30 – 40 hours, and you will receive a mix of 6 and 8 hours shifts including one day on the weekend. We will pay a higher hourly rate for those with a food handlers card or if they take on further responsibility like being a Shift Lead.

Our ideal is someone who’s passionate about coffee and hospitality. You need the ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours, lift up to 30lbs and be able to climb ladders, including the ability to hear audible cues.

Having a NY Food Handler’s Card (if you are in the process of obtaining one, that is also fine) is always favored.

We also love a re-run, if you have worked for us before, and want to again, we are interested.

You will need to show proof of vaccination to work for us, or submit to a weekly covid test.
