We are looking for:
We are looking for our opening Barista Team! The ideal candidate is passionate, thrives in a team environment, and loves to connect with people through service. This position requires the ability to prepare and serve delicious coffee and beverages, consistently create high quality guest experiences, as well as perform varying types of tasks in the front of the house:
– Prioritize the customer and their needs above all else
– Team players that have strong communication skills
– A great work ethic and commitment to making high quality dinks
– Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
– A strong sense of urgency
– The ability to follow recipes accurately
– Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.

Open availability is required, including morning and evening shifts, as well as weekend availability. Coffee experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!

Job Duties Include:
– Perform opening and closing shifts of the coffee bar and cafe
– Prepare high quality and drinks in a quick service environment
– Greet & welcome customers, and take orders at the POS
– Take table side orders, following the steps of service where required
– Run food and beverage to customers in a timely manner
– Packaging to-go and delivery food and beverage orders
– Prep bar related ingredients and syrups.
– Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
– Various other tasks as requested by the General Manager
