Job Description

We are growing and seeking experienced baristas and FOH professionals to join the team. Our team enjoys high pay rates ($17-18/hr), great tips ($10/hr average) unlimited training opportunities, staff meals, paid time off, and more. We are offering a sign-on bonus of $250, paid after 3 months of successful continuous employment.

To be successful, you possess:

– Minimum 1 years experience in specialty coffee, high volume environment
_ Positive and upbeat attitude and works well within a small team

– Passion for providing an exceptional hospitality experience, guests above all else.

– An enthusiastic love of coffee

– Quality-focused, detail-oriented and reliable

– Proven ability to multitask and prioritize

– NYC Food Handlers Permit (or willing to obtain one after hire)
