Job Description

Seeking full time experience barista with specialty coffee experience.
We do everything from working the register, running the food, packaging to-go/deliveries, bussing, cleaning, prep for catering, etc.

We believe in hard-work coupled with critical thinking making sensible decisions throughout the day. Common sense is a must.

Our tips are pooled based on the hours worked.
Hourly rates begin at $16 per hour with a raised to $17 after 90 day period with potential to grow based on candidate’s ability. Tips will add a steady amount to the base pay.

Currently we are open Mon-Fri, 7am to 4pm Mon/Fri, 7am to 7pm Tues-Thursday and opening Sundays from 9am to 3pm. Busiest hours are in the morning and in the afternoon, but we often have private events after 4pm.
We are not specifically looking for an AM person or a PM person. We have some degree of flexibility with scheduling. We can discuss!
