About Us:
The Greats of Craft is a café and craft beer bar with two locations—Midtown East and Long Island City—and a third location opening soon. We’re a neighborhood-focused, community-driven space dedicated to showcasing the best in craft coffee, beer, wine, and artisanal goods.

We’re on the lookout for an energetic, friendly, warm, and hard-working Barista to join our growing team!

You work with urgency and efficiency, completing tasks in a third of the time it takes most.
You contribute positively to the team, supporting others and delivering an exceptional experience for every guest.
You follow recipes and presentation standards precisely and efficiently.
You are reliable and hard-working—someone your teammates and guests can count on.
You maintain a clean, organized workspace, regularly cleaning, restocking, and doing whatever is needed to keep the shop running smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-standard café or coffee shop environment
Familiarity with POS systems
Comfortable working with manual espresso machines and ideally capable of basic latte art (preferred but not required)
NYC Food Handlers License
