Key Responsibilities
– Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both parents and children
– Recruit, train, and manage a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service
– Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to maintain a well-stocked, high-quality offering
– Collaborate with founders to shape customer experience and implement operational processes
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all ages
Who You Are
– You have experience managing a coffee shop, café, or similar high-service environment
– You possess strong leadership skills and enjoy building and training a team
– You’re detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
– You’re excited about joining a growing company and bringing a new concept to life
– You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
– Experience in family-friendly or hospitality spaces is a plus
