Job Description

We are seeking an employee who is mindful of where their coffee comes from and dedicated to exceptional customer service. Our baristas work to craft consistently delicious coffee and espresso beverages, while maintaining a clean, comfortable, well-stocked store.

Qualifications:

-Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about coffee, the environment, the coffee trade, and responsible economics

-Eager to learn more about our company’s efforts across the globe and at home

-Friendly and diplomatic customer service attitude.

-Able to be tidy and quick in a fast-paced café environment

-Punctual

-Capable of following recipes and instructions carefully & efficiently

-Scrupulous money-handling skills

-Barista skills preferred. All new employees will be required to complete our rigorous training program before serving espresso drinks.

-Food handler’s license preferred.
