Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Barista to join the morning team at HOM Cafe & Wine. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth daily operations of our café. This role is part of our AM shift and reports to the Lead Barista and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare coffee and espresso drinks according to HOM’s standards
– Open the café and ensure the station is properly set up and ready for service
– Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café area
– Restock items and monitor inventory levels; communicate needs to Lead Barista
– Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
– Support teammates during busy hours and work collaboratively as part of a team
– Communicate any issues or customer feedback to the Lead Barista or GM

Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of barista experience
– Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
– Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
– Good time management and multitasking skills
– Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
– Morning and weekend availability preferred
