St Jardim is seeking an experienced Lead Barista to join our team!

What we’re looking for:

– 2+ years barista experience

– Expert knowledge of espresso, brewing methods and coffee origins

– Strong training and mentoring abilities

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Ability to maintain quality standards during busy periods

– Inventory and ordering management experience

– NYC Food Handlers card

– Health benefits and PTO
