Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to support our wholesale customers with a focus on technical expertise, quality service, and exceptional communication. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and shares our love for great coffee.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for wholesale partners regarding equipment issues and service needs

Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems; implement effective solutions
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance visits
Respond to field service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Provide training on coffee preparation and equipment maintenance
Document all service activities, including inventory movements
Assist in keeping the service shop organized and well-maintained
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company coffee offerings, story, and vision
Install new coffee equipment for wholesale partners
Maintain occasional weekend availability for service needs

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a coffee equipment technician in a specialty coffee environment
Proficiency in preparing filter and espresso beverages
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: $26–$32 (DOE)
