We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista Manager to join our family café. This role is ideal for someone passionate about specialty coffee, customer service, and leading a team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the barista team to deliver excellent service.
Manage daily café operations with professionalism and efficiency.
Train and mentor baristas on coffee preparation, latte art, and customer care.
Create schedules and ensure smooth shift coverage.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in the coffee shop industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to create staff schedules and manage daily operations efficiently.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and café operations.
Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.

Preferred:

Experience managing a café or hospitality business.
