The Role
We’re looking for a Lead Barista — someone passionate about coffee, design, and community — to help define the Apartment Ra’el coffee experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape our beverage program from the ground up, craft signature drinks, and bring creativity and culture to every cup.

What You’ll Do
– Lead daily bar operations with consistency, care, and attention to detail
– Create and test new seasonal and signature drink recipes
– Maintain coffee quality standards and train team members
– Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and visually in tune with the space
– Collaborate with the founder and creative team to align the café experience with the brand’s aesthetic and values
– Engage with guests and foster a warm, welcoming environment

You Are
– An experienced barista (2+ years) with strong espresso and matcha skills
– Passionate about coffee culture, design, and hospitality
– Creative, curious, and excited about recipe development
– Organized, dependable, and confident leading a small team
– Thoughtful in your approach — both with coffee and people

Schedule
Full-time preferred (must be available on weekends)
