Overview

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part Time Production Delivery Driver to support our coffee roasting and wholesale operations. This role involves packing, preparing shipment and delivering to assigned locations. The ideal candidate values punctuality, professionalism, and the care required to handle all company products.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare for all types of production orders for shipment, pick up and delivery
• Safely operate the company delivery vehicle and follow all traffic regulations.
• Deliver roasted coffee, insulated food items, brewing equipment, coffee machines and related wholesale products to locations on schedule.
• Load and unload bags, boxes, and equipment with care to protect product quality.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and signatures using delivery logs.
• Communicate with the production team, warehouse team and operation team to ensure orders are complete and accurate.
• Build positive relationships with team members and customers.
• Monitor vehicle condition; perform routine checks for cleanliness, fuel, and basic maintenance needs.
• Report delivery issues, delays, damaged goods, or vehicle concerns to communication channel promptly.
• Assist with production tasks such as unloading green coffee, organizing inventory, labeling bags, and preparing orders when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a delivery driver, courier, or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 20–60 lb.
• Comfortable driving a commercial van in urban and suburban areas and using GPS or routing tools.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.

Preferred Skills

• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee or a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of production logistics.
• Organizing skills.

Working Conditions

• Early morning shifts may be required to align with café operating hours and traffic patterns.
• Frequent lifting, loading, and unloading of products.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
• Combination of driving, production support, and on-site customer interaction.

• Hourly wage between $18 to $22 depending on experience.
