HIRING!
ENLY is a woman-owned specialty coffee and lifestyle café in NOLITA, known for our signature drinks, beautiful space, and strong community vibe. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and motivated barista to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with real café experience who takes pride in their work and wants to grow within a creative, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do
• Prepare high-quality coffee and matcha drinks (espresso, lattes, specialty drinks, etc.)
• Provide warm, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and café
• Handle POS and cash transactions
• Support daily opening/closing tasks
• Represent the ENLY brand with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
• Barista experience is required (specialty coffee)
• NYC Food Protection Certificate is required

• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available for at least 3–4 full shifts per week

Compensation & Growth
• Starting pay: $18/hour + tips
• Raises based on performance, reliability, and progress
