Passionfruit Coffee is a gratuity-included specialty coffee shop in Bed-Stuy that focuses heavily on hospitality. We care a great deal about the small details that create a consistently excellent experience. We pride ourselves on pulling perfect shots, pouring latte art and making every syrup and pastry in-house, all while focusing on hospitality and giving our guests a great experience. We are a fast-paced neighborhood cafe with lovely regulars.

We’re looking for an experienced barista to join our small team who cares about hospitality and takes pride in their work, someone who will show up enthusiastically and is eager to learn. The role will be full-time, 5 days ~30-35hrs/week.

Requirements:

2+ years hospitality experience, barista experience preferred

Open availability (Weekends are required)
Willing to be flexible and cover last minute shifts when needed (part of being on a small
team)
Desire to grow with us
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to work open and closing shifts
NYC Food Handler Card (or willing to obtain within first 90 days)

**Please note that weekend availability is a requirement for this position**
