We are looking for someone who is excited to lead a team, great people skills and self-motivated!
● 5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
● 3 years supervisory experience combination of FOH & BOH
● Preferred – Specialty Coffee experience 2yrs, Beer & Wine 2yrs
● Comfortability interviewing, with a proven track record of hiring & staff retention
● Experience managing monthly & yearly goals for revenue & average sale
● Labor cost analysis & efficient shift scheduling
● Excellent Inventory management, waste log & minimization
● COGs analysis & periodic menu development
● QC & staff training experience
● Responsibilities : Handle day to day operations of an all day coffee, beer, & wine cafe
including inventory management, staffing, expense tracking, & some food/beverage menu
development
● Salary range: $65k – $80k
● Benefits: Paid vacation and sick days
