Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated Barista / Juice Bar Team Member to join our growing café and juice bar concept. This is more than a standard barista role — it is an opportunity to grow with the company as the business expands.

As an early member of the team, the right candidate will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time and grow into a larger role as the business develops. We are looking for someone who is excited by the energy of a growing business, takes initiative, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in coffee, cafés, juice bars, smoothie bars, or hospitality, who takes pride in customer service, consistency, cleanliness, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, juices, smoothies, and other menu items with consistency and quality

Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking throughout each shift

Assist with opening and closing duties

Support smooth daily workflow and overall operations

Help uphold presentation, service, and product standards

Take initiative and contribute to the growth of the business as the role develops

Qualifications:

Experience in a café, coffee shop, juice bar, smoothie bar, or similar hospitality setting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Comfortable working as part of a team

Interest in growing with the company and taking on increased responsibility over time
