ABOUT THE ROLE:
Shared Roasting is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packing Specialist to join our production team Mondays through Thursdays (9am-close, 4 days a week). You’ll be responsible for accurately preparing and packing custom wholesale orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring every order that leaves our facility is packed to the highest standard.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepare and pack custom wholesale orders with precision and care
-Follow packing checklists and quality standards consistently
-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
-Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals

REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong attention to detail and a checklist-driven mindset
-A team player who thrives in a production or warehouse setting
-Ability to lift up to 50lb and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
-Commitment to maintaining a tidy and safe work environment
-Reliable commute to our East Williamsburg location (919 Flushing Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11206)

Founded in November 2019, Shared currently sources and roasts coffee for over 200 coffee businesses across 16 states and 6 countries.

The Production Team roasts on 4 Lorings and runs 6 packing fulfillment stations in Brooklyn, with on-site climate-controlled storage capacity of over 200,000lbs of green coffee.
