We are seeking experienced and friendly baristas with the following qualities :
– Experience working in a busy cafe and fast-paced environment (detail training undergone, if applicable)
– Specialty coffee and matcha training (dialing in, latte art, maintaining quality)
– Organized and detail oriented
– Fast learner and self-motivated
– Ability to multi task
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Possess ability to pro-actively work on a team and share responsibilities
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to enhance overall guest experience

The general job requirements are as follows:
– 2+ years barista experience, competent in latte art and high traffic environment
-Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
– Commitment of 2-3 shifts per week
– NYC food handler’s license, or ability to obtain one if hired
– Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

Compensation is hourly plus cash & credit card tips. Weekly pay.
