Café by The Girls is looking for a full-time barista to join our team. We are a coffee shop with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and warm, genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid foundation in specialty coffee, and truly enjoys creating a great experience for every customer.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty coffee
Experience working in a busy, high-volume café environment
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and drink consistency
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso-based drinks with consistency and high quality.
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
Support daily café operations, including opening/closing tasks.
Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts.
