BARISTA – IMAGINE CAFE (LOWER EAST SIDE)
Imagine is opening its second location in New York City.
After building a loyal community around our specialty drinks and café experience in Cambridge, Massachusetts, we are excited to bring Imagine to the Lower East Side. As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a passionate, talented, and hospitality-driven barista to join our founding NYC team.

This is an opportunity to be part of a café from the ground up, helping shape the guest experience, culture, and daily operations from day one.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, matcha, tea, and specialty beverages
Deliver warm, welcoming, and attentive customer service
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout service
Support opening and closing procedures
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and receiving deliveries
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Help create the community-focused atmosphere that defines Imagine

Qualifications:
Previous café, coffee, or hospitality experience preferred
Experience dialing in espresso and steaming milk
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and community
Availability for weekends and morning shifts

Compensation:
$21/hour + Tips
