Full-Time Barista + Shift Lead — Brooklyn

We are hiring an experienced, full-time Barista + Shift Lead for our Brooklyn cafe.

Our goal is pretty simple: we want to build the greatest hospitality team in BK.

Starting compensation: $24/hour + tips
Paid sick leave

What we’re looking for:

-At least 1 year of experience leading a shift
-Strong, high-level coffee-making skills
– Ability to coach and train others
-NYC Food Protection Certificate
-Someone dependable, motivated, and excited to grow
