Job Overview

As a Barista, you will ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service and high-quality coffee-based drinks.

Requirements

A love and passion for coffee, a working knowledge of coffee, and proficiency on a manual espresso machine. Skilled in dialing in, pulling shots, properly steaming milk, and making latte art.

Responsibilities

• Make high-quality beverages on the espresso machine, pour-over, and drip stations.
• Welcome and connect with every customer to provide excellent customer service.
• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service.
• Maintain the customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily and weekly task sheets, meeting cleaning standards.
• Work as a store team player.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
