*BARISTA/SERVER*
Patisserie Fouet × Raku is a unique dining concept combining Japanese/French desserts from Patisserie Fouet and Japanese Udon from Raku.

We’re looking for a part-time Barista / Server to join our team for approximately 3–4 shifts per week, with availability for a combination of opening and closing shifts. We do not have an espresso machine. Instead, the beverage program centers around matcha, crafted drinks, and a small cocktail selection, alongside our pastry and dessert offerings.

*ABOUT THE ROLE*
This position is designed to give you a strong foundation in both our beverage and food programs. Your training will begin with a focus on the bar and dessert side of the restaurant, where you’ll learn how to prepare our drinks and develop an in-depth understanding of our pastry and dessert menu. Once you’re comfortable with the beverage and dessert programs, you’ll gradually transition into server training, with more emphasis on our savory menu and the Raku dining experience.

Curious about food, drinks, and Japanese/French cuisine

Comfortable learning a detailed menu

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Interested in developing skills across both beverage and table service

Reliable and available for a consistent 3–4 shifts per week

Available for a combination of opening and closing shifts

A team player who is willing to jump between the bar, floor, and other responsibilities as needed

Previous experience in coffee, restaurants, bars, pastry, or hospitality is a plus, but we are also interested in candidates who are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a strong service mindset.
