Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve high-quality espresso beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, and other specialty drinks.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
* Maintain consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and quality.
* Assist customers with pastry selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station and front-of-house area.
* Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
