Job Description

JANE is New York City’s only motorcycle, retail and coffee shop. We have locations in Williamsburg and Noho and we’re hiring for a part-time and full-time barista position. We’re looking for someone with both recent experience and a passion for the industry.

The ideal candidate has both barista training and service experience. This position requires multi-tasking and a commitment to excellent service. We do provide additional comprehensive specialty coffee barista training from Counter Culture Coffee.

Responsibilities include:
– Providing exceptional customer service.
– Being friendly, helpful, and personable.
– Dialing-in, preparing and serving our range of Counter Culture Coffee (espresso, pour over, cold brew).
– Being extremely punctual and tidy.
– Assisting the retail team with sales.
– Maintaining a clean and functional workplace.

Qualifications:
– Basic math and computer skills.
– Specialty coffee experience preferred but not required.
– NYC Food Handler’s card is a plus.

Comprehensive specialty coffee training provided.
Positions begin at 2-4 flexible shifts a week.
