Nobletree Coffee is recruiting part-time and full-time baristas for an exciting holiday pop-up shop in partnership with a luxury department store in Lower Manhattan. We are looking for dynamic and outgoing personalities with a passion for craft and exceptional heads-up customer service. This is an opportunity to serve espresso and espresso-based drinks and nitro cold brew in a fast-paced and unique retail environment, with the potential to join the Nobletree team in a long-term capacity at our retail concepts set to open in the near future.

Nobletree is an innovative coffee brand of Farmers, Roasters, and Baristas based in Brooklyn, NY with two award-winning coffee farms and a milling and export operation in Brazil. Nobletree’s team of coffee industry professionals oversees the journey of each bean, from its growing conditions, to harvesting, roasting, and distribution, cultivating a story that is directly tied to the origin of the cup, from soil-to-sip. A collection of micro-lots carefully curated from notable coffee producing countries round out the worldly, aromatic portfolio. Nobletree is a proud member of the FAL Coffee family.

The pop-up shop will open Friday, November 20th and run through the holiday season; daily hours of operation are Monday-Sunday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for making people’s days better
• Punctuality and attention to detail
• 1+ years of specialty coffee experience (dialing in espresso, latte art, knowledge of manual brewing)
• A passion for storytelling; ability to convey the soil-to-sip story that makes Nobletree Coffee unique
• Comfortable working alone and closely with a small team in a high-energy and fast-paced setting
• Weekend availability required
• Familiarity with Modbar espresso system a plus
