Our café & restaurant will quickly become the neighborhood destination for high quality coffee & espresso as there are very few quality espresso destinations nearby.

This is a great opportunity to become an important member of a tight-knit team. The lead barista will work to develop our menu and establish our ongoing coffee/tea program.

Barista Requirements//
· LEAD: 2+ years experience in third wave coffee· have intermediate latte art skills // BARISTA: 1+ years experience in third wave coffee· have basic latte art skills
· be able to work a manual espresso machine (Marzocco Linea EE)
· great customer service skills/be a people person — this is a neighborhood spot with many regulars
· keep a clean work station & work with a sense of urgency
· available early mornings
· excellent communication & organizational skills
· an understanding of health/sanitation standards (food handlers license is a plus)
· able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
