We are on the search for a forward thinking, self motivated coffee professional that values customer experience, quality drinks and teamwork.

The role will involve working closely with the management team who are always trying to lift the levels of service through honest interactions, comforting directives and warm, welcoming service.

As we partner with only quality focused roasters the ideal applicant with have past experience with a high level of quality and possess the ability to share their knowledge and skill with colleagues.

A sound knowledge of espresso, v-60 and fetco brewing equipment will be looked highly upon. We change our coffee menu regularly so the ability to follow brewing parameters  using a refractometer will be required.

Our QC program is extensive on all the coffees we use and we welcome input into how we should best be brewing our coffees so they are expressed in their best possible light.

Aside from the workplace we value our time spent pursuing interests that inspire us. All hobbies are encouraged and we are flexible with respect to time off that is sometimes required to accomodate.

We are growing and expanding our business so this position would be ideal for someone who is looking to build upon their skills and grow their coffee career.

The pay is starting between $12-18 plus tips depending upon level of experience.
