• Minimum one year of coffee and customer service experience
• Food Protection Certificate issued by the Department of Health (can acquire upon hiring)
• Welcomes customers by determining their drink interests and needs.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the drink menu; answering questions.
• Prepares and sells drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing drink supply; stocking brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Store Manager.
