Job Description

We are a cafe + flower shop that is set to open in Midtown East early November. We are seeking experienced baristas to serve quality espresso drinks and run our cafe operations. Our ideal baristas are passionate about coffee and creating incredible guest experiences. As we are staffing our entire team, we have multiple positions to fill including a lead barista who can set the example for quality and service and lead the team.

Barista responsibilities include but are not limited to:
dialing in
pull espresso shots, create espresso and other cafe drinks
coffee brewing
latte art
serve pastries
full product knowledge
provide top customer service
compliance with proper food handling and safety standards
use our POS system
stocking, cleaning, machinery maintenance
