Qualifications:
-Punctuality, reliability, & ability to take direction.
-Great communication skills are imperative as this position is the direct conduit of feedback from customers to the management team.
-Ability to work as part of a team and understand how that quality affects the overall running of the café
-A pleasant & friendly attitude
-A true appreciation for good quality coffee
-At least 1 year previous barista experience required, latte art skills are a plus
-Schedule flexibility

Preferred:
– NYC Food Handler’s Certification- if you do not have it we will assist you in attaining one at our expense.
